We provide ATRI Attendance - Faculty and CR online (apkid: xyz.atriams.atri) in order to run this application in our online Android emulator.
Description:
Run this app named ATRI Attendance - Faculty and CR using MyAndroid.
You can do it using our Android online emulator.
This app is only for Faculty and CRs of ATRI.
Since, the app has been discontinued.
The following guidelines can be followed by anyone to assess the App as a project done by Rahul Mahadevan.
Use Student Login and login with ID: 16841A1226 and Password 1234321.
The server is still being hosted with dummy/test data.
NOTE: If the app crashes on login, then assume the server hosting has been discontinued and we'll try to get it up and running soon.
A.Usage details:
1.
In Home page, before doing anything in the app, select whether you are CR or Faculty.
2.
For first time users, click register (remember step 1) and fill your details.
3.
After successful registration, login to your account and get familiar with the interface.
B.Working
-Attendance can be taken by either CR or faculty.
-CRs can take attendance of only their respective classes while faculty can take attendance of any class.
-All attendance data require authorisation by faculty for getting uploaded.
How?
All faculty are given unique secret codes by which they can authorise a CR attendance after viewing the confirmation page.
-If there is a change in an attendance which has already been uploaded, faculty can update attendance by logging into their respective account.
-Director and HoDs can view day-wise and range-wise attendance of all classes.
C.Faculty codes are meant to be very sensitive and hence must be kept secret.
A faculty's secret code must be known only to him/her and no one else.
D.
Attendance may be taken on the App from 22nd October, 2018 until the last working day of this semester.
E.
After successful registration of CR, at the time of login, the class details of CR are automatically selected by the app to avoid erroneous data.
The CR has to then select the type of class (Theory/LAB), number of hours (for Theory) or batch number (for LAB) and select subject from the given list.
In case, if you find any incorrect data such as
-wrong subject
-wrong batch roll numbers
-empty subject or class list
take a screenshot and report immediately.
If not, proceed to take the attendance.

How to take Attendance?
Once all details and filled, click 'attendance' button to view the class list of roll numbers.
All roll numbers are initialised with full attendance which can be changed by a tap on the number.
Once attendance is taken, the next page is for confirmation at which point, the faculty checks if the data is correct and authorises it with the unique secret code.

How to Report?
-When you encounter an abnormal behaviour take a screenshot and give a brief description.
-If the app crashes, send us screenshots of previous 2 pages of the crash.
-For abnormal User-Interface behaviour, again send screenshot with input description
Send screenshot and description to our WhatsApp number.
Or you can email the reports to the developer's email address.
