TVNet là hệ thống truyền hình trực tuyến chính thức của Tổng Công ty Truyền thông đa phương tiện VTC cung cấp miễn phí các nội dung phát thanh, truyền hình tới người Việt Nam ở nước ngoài theo đề án “Cung ứng dịch vụ phát thanh, truyền hình qua mạng Internet phục vụ người Việt Nam ở nước ngoài giai đoạn 2015 - 2020” của Chính phủ nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam.

Nội dung dịch vụ bao gồm: 

• 10 kênh truyền hình trực tuyến: VTV1, VTV2, VTV3, VTV4, VTC1, VTC10, VTC16, HTV9, TTXVN, Hanoi1

• 4 kênh phát thanh: VOV1, VOV2, VOV3, VOV5

• Và các nội dung truyền hình được biên tập lại từ các kênh phát thanh, truyền hình trên.
