This service is to generate and assign assessments to specific Assessors and Sites.

The Assessor will then carry out the Assessments assigned to them, at the site on a mobile tablet device.

Responses and supporting evidence, in the form of an image that can be uploaded to each individual question, are submitted to the server and an Executive Summary and Full Report is generated.

The Executive Summary shows the Overall Risk Rating for the site that has been assessed, along with individual Risk Ratings for each section specifically.
