Nexus Connect is an Android Mobile Application for supplier delivery and collection notifications to customers.
The app will prompt our suppliers to check in and out vehicles for both delivery and collection from branch.
This will open up a suite of customer communication work-streams including a parcel-style notification system with live ETA SMS/email updates for both the delivery and collection of the vehicle.
This will cut down on the volume of aborted deliveries and collections and also ensure drivers are more likely to be present at the point of vehicle appraisal to support a thorough handover process thus reducing subsequent queries.
