About events:
* Anyone can create an event.
It's free, and you don't need to create a group first.
* Events are capped at 8 people.
It's an activity, not a community, and not a place for businesses to plug their events.
* Details are decided up front: What.
When.
Where.
How long.
How many people.
Host events:
* Pick a time, place, duration, min & max participants
* Accept or reject requests to join your event
* Chat with guests to work out the details
* Update your event if anything changes
Find and join events:
* Search by location, name, category and date
* Request to join an event and wait for the host to accept
* Chat with the host and other guests before the event
And remember.
You're meeting people in real life.
This is what makes Assemble better than social networks and online games.
But be sensible, and make sure you're comfortable with the other guests before meeting them in person!
