Do you find signs of spring and look for migrating birds as they come in the spring? Then you are welcome to participate in the Bird Calendar! With this app, you can report your observations directly to the Species Gateway project and Bird Calendar.
To use the app you must be registered fenologivktare for Bird Calendar and having an account on the Species Gateway.

In Bird Calendar, we collect observations of birds in an organized manner with the aim to describe the birds' seasonal variations throughout Sweden.
You can help by making such observations in your homeland!
To participate in the Bird Calendar, make your observations using the same method as any other that is fenologivktare for Bird Calendar.

In short, it is about you
choose a place where you should make periodic observations,
choose your own species list of the birds you can identify and want to focus on and that is relevant to your observation location,
make your observations for 5 minutes, 2 times per week,

also makes so-called zero-observation - that is, species on your list of species you have not seen / heard recorded as "Not found" in the Species Gateway, which is just as important to report as you seen / heard.
