This application is used by drivers to monitor and document a towing case.
When a towing event occurs, the driver will be able to send to the A24, via the application, various information (estimated arrival time, actual arrival time but also GPS coordinates so that A24 operators can see the exact location of the driver) After the towing case has been concluded, the driver has the obligation to send the documents adjacent to a towing case (assistance sheet, report and invoice).
The documents will be created using other applications, and Towing Partner 24 will select them from within the phone (documents can be saved to any location).
This part is crucial for the operation of the application.
After sending the documents, A24 will accept or reject the documents.
Only after all documents have been approved the case will be closed.
