M Sports Calisthenics Workouts

You want to learn Calisthenics Skills like the Front Lever, Back Lever, Planche, One Arm Chin Ups, Muscle Ups or anything else? Then you can follow my personal workout plan and watch how i exercise to achieve these skills.
We are currently working on adding general workout plans for Front Lever, Back Lever skills, as well as some general strength, strength endurance and endurance workout plans to the app.
Although you can create your own personal calisthenics and bodyweight training sessions and choose from more than 150 exercises.

You are at home and have no equipment?
No problem, there are several exercises where you need no equipment and just a little bit of space, like Burpees, Mountain Climbers, Squats or Push Ups.

I also regularly post my personal training journey to the app, which you can follow along.
With this app you have access to more than 150 exercises with short Video clips.
And best of all, this app is absolutely free of charge and ads, and i will do my very best to keep that way.
FAQ:
What about equipment?
A pull up bar, dip bar and rings would be great, but if you do not have access to this equipment choose an alternative exercise.
Why are there no personal Workouts?
I usually do not create any workout plans for someone else, this is a demo for personal coaches.
Is it possible to automatically create a workout plan?
Currently not, but i will think about adding an automatic workout generator to the app.
