If you have not activate your PPA account, kindly login to www.ppa.my for first time login and follow the steps;
Step 1: Click on First Time Login to continue your account activation.
Step 2: Please key-in your PPA account number as your User ID and any one of your telephone number provided earlier in the PPA application form (home/office/mobile) for verification and click on the Submit button.
Step 3: Once successful, please login to your account using your User ID and password
If the PPA account number or telephone number entered is not correct, error message will be shown.
