Android client for Jukebox server

Functions are almost the same as the browser client:
- Controller mode (control the master player)
- Monitor mode (play media in sync with the master player)
- Player mode (be the room's master player)
- Manage room's playlist
- Browse/manage media library on the server
- Send URL download requests
- Export audio-only track
Missing functions from browser client:
- subtitles display
- audio effects including fade in/out
- library advanced search filters

MyAndroid is not a downloader online for Jukebox. It only allows to test online Jukebox with apkid lhworkshop.jukebox.flutter. MyAndroid provides the official Google Play Store to run Jukebox online.
