Our goal is to stop the spread of mosquito borne diseases using ArboTrack.
ArboTrack is an app that aims to prevent the spread of mosquito borne diseases through the reporting of areas of standing water(where mosquitoes breed) by sentinel citizens to city officials.
If a sentinel citizen reports an area of standing water, a city official can go and clean up that area of standing water, reducing the chance that mosquitoes breed there.
Additionally, physicians can also report mosquito borne disease prevalence in a certain zip code.
This app was created and funded through a grant from the US Army AEOP program.
