Each row and column must contain all numbers from 1 to 9.
Also the whole grid when divided into 3 horizontal and vertical sections gives 9 smaller square grids of 9 cells laid out in 3 rows and 3 columns.
All these 9 small square grids must also contain all numbers from 1 to 9.
