When a user first enters the app, it does not ask for permissions and does not use any extra resources.
However, note that when you click on the forum tab, it will ask for access to:

MyAndroid is not a downloader online for Hangman4E. It only allows to test online Hangman4E with apkid hangman4e.apbyr. MyAndroid provides the official Google Play Store to run Hangman4E online.
