Meet Move

Meet & Move is the latest social fitness app dedicated to improving your physical health while meeting new friends & neighbors in your local area! Developed by Northern Westchester Hospital and Northwell Health, Meet & Move is a free, non-profit, public health initiative that will match you with nearby physical activities that meet your interests.
Meet & Move is connected with all of the local fitness activities, state parks, & town recreation departments that you love to bring you all-encompassing group activities.
By signing up as a free user, Meet & Move will:
Provide you with a comprehensive list of group physical activities with descriptions, dates, times, locations, and links to event sites, all based on your preferences
Filter activities based upon skill level to ensure the desired level of competency (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, or Any)
Allow you to create your own events, invite other individual users, or open them to all Meet & Move members
Share your favorite events with family and friends via Facebook, SMS, and Email
Connect you to other users with similar interests
Make you healthier and happier!
