The SleepDoctor app is the perfect addition to your SleepDoctor device.
The SleepDoctor serves to help its user to get healthy sleep and thus to ensure that he wakes up relaxed and fit.
He is your assistant for a healthy and restful sleep! After synchronising your SleepDoctor device with the SleepDoctor app, you will get evaluations of your sleep behaviour.
The goal of the SleepDoctor is:

Extension of your deep sleep phase

Regulation of the cardiovascular system and reduction of cardiac arrhythmias
With the help of our sleep laboratory studies, we have developed an intelligent system that continuously monitors and analyses the sleeper.
The SleepDoctor registers various breathing types such as snoring or apnea and movements.
If sleep events occur that affect the quality of sleep, the device sends out gentle infrasound signals.
The sleeper thereby changes his sleeping position or moves his head and breathing normalizes - without waking him up.
The patented technology of the SleepDoctor thus gently helps you to get a deeper and healthier sleep.
The sleep events are recorded on your SleepDoctor device.
After synchronisation with your smartphone in the morning, the SleepDoctor app shows detailed evaluations of your sleep behaviour.
For example, you can analyse your sleep phases or how long your deep sleep was or how often apnea or snores was detected and stopped.
