The protocol is created as a PDF and archived in your database.
From there, each protocol can be printed as desired or sent by email.
The archive documents can be used as a basis for new protocols or rental agreements.
Depending on the selected protocol type (move-in, move-out, interim inspection and, shortly, acceptance protocol), different basic configurations and import procedures are used.
