With the InA.Coach app, complex tasks are broken down into small, manageable steps so that nothing can be forgotten and motivating success can be achieved quickly.
The app is designed in such an inclusive way that it can also support people with disabilities in everyday life and thus improve their employment situation on the primary labor market in the long term.
If you are a job coach, you will benefit from the app in many ways, because it gives you a flexible tool with which you can design tasks for your clients in a simple and appealing way and adapt them exactly to their needs.
Together with your clients, you determine what is important in the tasks, track your progress and can quickly provide support in the event of problems.
Each task has a title and a short description and contains any number of task steps, but at least one.
Each step is assigned to one of four categories.
Make tasks and steps colorful and engaging by adding your own photos or short videos.
You can share tasks with your InA.Coach contacts and channels.
If you make changes to a shared task, all recipients get those changes too.
Plan tasks for yourself and your contacts in everyday life.
The tasks planned for today are also displayed on the home screen under "Today" and can be started directly from here.

The free online training takes place once a month on the last Friday at 10 a.m.
