The adiutaByte Tour Assistant app only works together with adiutaByte's Route Optimization software "adiutaByte Tour Orchestrator" (information available at https: //www.adiutabyte.de/).
Your company needs to have an employee account for you in the adiutaByte Tour Orchestrator to enable you to use this app.
If your employee account is registered, you can use this app to:
- Receive and view the dispatched tourplan from adiutaByte
- View route information and the tour sequence of the tasks
- View delivery/ order instructions of your customers and the planned tasks e.g.
time windows, categories, capacities, customer/ task notes
- Use your favorite navigation app with real-time traffic such as Google Maps, Apple Maps, or any other navigation app to navigate to the planned tasks
- Provide status updates for your deliveries so your dispatcher can follow along
- Povide delivery proof notices as well as customer signatures or pictures (if necessary)
