Pharmacy Inventory is an Android application that works on mobile phones or tablets in pharmacies to facilitate the control and management of pharmacy stocks.
Without using paper, from an Android mobile or tablet, the user will be able to access and manage the pharmacy inventory saving time.
To enable inventories, it includes many modules such as importing the stock list in XLSX format by preparing this file from the pharmacy management software with well-defined columns.
Here is an example file for the excel template import:
the file must have 10 columns as header:
ProductNum;BarCod;TypeCod;ProductPlace;ProductLib;ShapeCod;
PrxVteUntTTC;Product DDP;Stock Quantity;Inventory Quantity
After exporting the file from the system and importing it into our application, we can view the list of drugs with their stock, search by name of the drug, enter the inventory by entering the quantity or scan the barcode of the drug with the cam of the mobile or the tablet and insert the quantity afterwards.
The advanced search of drugs by name which helps to quickly manage the stock also the search of drugs by barcode facilitates access to the product and introduce the quantity of inventory.
At the end of the inventory, the application provides a stock report in the form of an XLSX file to be exported to mobile and used on the management system to check the differences in inventory results.
