Run this app named Remote Media Controller using MyAndroid.
You can do it using our Android online emulator.
This app allows you to control your PC movie watching and music playback experience remotely, without having to use special controllers or dongles.
This application uses a companion server that you will need to run on your PC.
For that companion server please go to the "remote-media-controller-api" repository on github and download it from the releases section.
Currently the remote media controller server has the the following functionality:
-Increase, decrease and mute the volume on the host PC.
-Play, pause and change tracks on the players that interface with media keys (like Spotify and VLC).
-Play, pause and seek through Video by emulating the spacebar and arrow keys.
Both this app and the companion server are open source and you can go to the "remote-media-controller-api" and "remote-media-controller-app" repositories on github if you want to extend or modify the applications.
