PSD Mobile

The PSD Mobile App works along the ITIL solution PYTHEAS Service Desk (PSD) created by the PYTHEAS company.
Several features are available from the mobile app when purchasing their respective licences from PYTHEAS :
\t1.
Equipment inventory :
Carry out your asset control inventories (electronics and furniture) from your mobile device.
You will be able to :
_ Synchronize all the asset data that needs to be verified from PYTHEAS Service Desk to your mobile device.
_ Synchronize the inventory data from the mobile device to PYTHEAS Service Desk as you go along with your inventory.
_ Work in offline mode then synchronize all the data when you want to.
Many input modes are available.
You can use the barcode laser scanner, use the integrated camera of your device or just typing in the barcode value.
It is also possible to scan QR codes and even RFID tags (extra sensor device needed).
\t2.
Asset management
Manage your electronics and furniture infrastructure.
You will be able to :
_ Scan an asset and show its complete information (manufacturer, label, serial number, location, etc .)
_ Modify the state of your asset : 'In use', 'Out of order', etc .
_ Modify the user of the asset.
_ Modify the location of the asset (site, building, floor, room).
\t3 - Interventions management
The application lets your interveners on the field manage their interventions.
They will be able to :
_ View all the interventions assigned to them,
_ Achieve and close their interventions with a selected time and date, a signature from the client, and at most five pictures.
_ View the complete address and location (site, building, room) of the intervention.
The address will be automatically copied into the clipboard so that they can directly paste it in their favorite map application.
_ Manage in real time their interventions with PYHEAS Service Desk (upcoming feature) and their termination.
