How did you spend the last month, week, today?
If you have unsatisfactory results, do you know why?
You cant change yourself unless you look back on how you behaved.
Time can't change you.
Only you can change you.
For deeper self-reflection and change, record as much as possible.
Did the things that have been neglected and handed over have really had a minor impact on you?
Write down for yourself, not for anyone else.
Do not be difficult or avoid giving low scores to what you have done.
If you give yourself a false high score on your behavior, you will only repeat the same behavior in the future.
Look back at yourself and change your life.
