U connect Universal Life

U connect is the new customer portal of Universal Life where you can have quick and immediate access to your insurance policies 24 hours a day.
Through U connect you can:
Submit electronically your health policy claims
Check your claim status
Check your premium payments history
Make useful printouts of documents (e.g.
income tax statement)
Check your policy effective/termination dates
Check your policy benefits
Additionally you have access to:
All necessary documents regarding your insurance policies
Change your personal contact details
The contact details of your insurance agent
In order to obtain access to U connect, you need to go through the subscription procedure.
You can obtain a username and a password directly through the application or by calling 22882288 for more information.
The mobile application is offered in Greek and English and is available free of charge.
