GO GENIUS is a mobile application designed for assisted learning of European Portuguese, created by Professor Sandra Figueiredo, Researcher of Centre of Universidade Autnoma de Lisboa (CIP-UAL) and funded by the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT).
Its main users are immigrants, Portuguese and foreign migrants, encompassing all age groups.
It can also be used a pedagogical tool for schools.
This app contains several games and educational challenges to assist users to reach level B1 and level B2 in Portuguese.
The app offers users a wide range of games and challenges involving the most diverse learning tools, such as: reading, writing and phonetic exercises that are fully backed by tutorials in ten different languages.
Subsequently, a classification grid is generated so that users understand their level of proficiency.
All games and challenges will be presented in a bilingual manner, after users select the chosen language in the Menu.
GO GENIUS is available on Android and on PCs, using Android emulators.
This app is based on previous scientific research in Psychology and Education.
