Run this app named Dynamic IR Sense using MyAndroid.
You can do it using our Android online emulator.
Measure your body temperature using only your camera.
All cameras capture some NIR in their Red band.
By knowing the background temperature and using the NIR information in the Red Band, this app will estimate your body temperature.
When accurately done, the measured temperature will be within 0.2 C of accuracy.
To use, just hold your mobile as if taking a selfie and the app will display the temperature.
Unfortunately, a lot of mobile manufacturers install an NIR filter on their camera module, as such making it impossible to take an accurate reading.
Thus, the application might not be able to accurately take any reading or display any NIR captured.
This application will not work with many phones (especially high end ones with very good filters installed).
Lastly, this app will only provide an estimate of your body temperature, not recommended for medical usage.
Confirm the readings with a medical thermometer.
