TempMee for Dental Offices
The TempMee App helps dental offices simplify the process of the traditional sub-list by quickly matching them with licensed hygienists when shorthanded.
TempMee for Hygienists
TempMee helps hygienists to earn additional income by allowing them to review, accept and decline extra shifts, paid automatically through the app.
How it Works:
When a dental office has an unexpected absence, a pre-scheduled vacation, or simply needs a little extra help from a licensed hygienist.
The App Admin (Office Manager, Dentist, and/or other selected Staff Member) opens the TempMee App.
An offer is created by selecting the Date, Time, Hourly Rate, & Required Preferences.
After clicking Send Offer, the offer is instantly sent to all qualifying hygienists smartphones.
Hygienists review all offers, and have the ability to accept, decline, or submit a counter offer.
The first qualifying hygienist to accept the offer at an approved rate is scheduled for the shift.
The dental office is notified of the match, and once approved, the total offer is deposited into escrow.
Upon successful completion of the shift, the hygienists pay is automatically deposited into their account.
To continually improve the experience, each party will confidentially rate the other.
