This app is for people running Know Your Blood Pressure events for the Stroke Association (UK).
To use this app you will need to have registered your event on the Stroke Association website and received a login and password.
Each person taking blood pressures at your event will need to have downloaded this app and received a login and password before the day of your event.
This app will give you access to a form to use at your Know Your Blood Pressure event to record each attendees information, and should be used instead of paper forms.
This will make your data collection more secure, and will give you access to anonymised event data 5-7 working days after your event.
