One Service is a mobile based water and sanitation related utility services platform.
This platform enables the customers to request and pay for water and sanitation services and provide relevant feedback.
In this mobile application three service modules available for citizens and municipal authorities.
Module 1: Water bill
Under the first module citizen will be able to pay and make enquiry of their water bill using app and SMS, which will help the authority to ensure the regular collection of bills.
Clients will be able to access in two different services of water billing system (enquiry and bill payment) services through One Service.
Module 2: Waste Management services
Under the second module citizen will be offered Fecal Sludge Management (FSM) services through a systematic process under the single umbrella of One Service.
Clients will be able to request for pit/septic tank emptying service and pay the service charge, set by the municipality, through the app.
Module 3: E-complain management
Under this module citizen will be able to put an e-complain very easily on a specific municipal service by using his/her own user ID and password.
Moreover, by using this service citizen can easily put an online complain and municipality can easily find out their scope of improvement in their existing services.

MyAndroid is not a downloader online for One Service. It only allows to test online One Service with apkid com.sslwireless.oneservice. MyAndroid provides the official Google Play Store to run One Service online.
