Run this app named Break Time using MyAndroid.
You can do it using our Android online emulator.
Detect whether you stay in the seat for a long time through the mobile phone sensor;
After setting a fixed interval, if you do not get up and move within the time, the App will remind you to leave your seat and get up to move around~
Instructions:
1.
Press "+" at the bottom of the homepage to add a clock.
2.
First set a rule, including the days of the week, start and end time points, and interval length.
3.
Press Save to complete the first life routine!
