After completing the VAT rate (ranging value is 0% - 99.99%), the user can complete one of the other three and the remaining two are going to auto-calculate as the user types.
The percent split calculator is useful when wanting to find out a specific percent from an amount (this percent is also ranging from 0% - 99.99%).
