The Heart rate is not measured continuously.
In order to measure your heart rate you will need to tap the heart rate on your watch face and keep the screen open while your heart rate is being measured.
After a few seconds the updated heart rate will be displayed and stay the same until measured again manually.

MyAndroid is not a downloader online for Lumilense. It only allows to test online Lumilense with apkid com.shediowf.lumilense. MyAndroid provides the official Google Play Store to run Lumilense online.
