Why SaveMed?
SaveMed is trying to combine and address the twin challenges of inequitable access to medications and environmental damage due to improper disposal of unused medications by leveraging location-based services technology, in the form of the mobile app.
How SaveMed works?
SaveMed app in your mobile conveniently provides a list of collection hub centers in the neighborhood based on location, where contributors can donate medicines that meet published acceptance criteria.
SaveMed with the help of qualified health professionals triages the contributions.
Qualified contributions are distributed to beneficiaries who are very much in need but unable to afford or access medicines.
Medications that cannot be repurposed are taken through a proper disposal process.

How to use SaveMed?

* Pack the medicines in clean packs
* Bottles in sealed condition
* Tablets with name visible should be in sealed packets
* Sealed injectables only
* Sealed Ointments/cream only
Donts
* Any kind of opioids.
Opioids are very specific analgesics that have addictive properties.
It cannot and should not be given away without Doctor's supervision.
Examples are Morphine, Pethidine, Fentanyl, All Chemotherapy Medications.
* Broken bottles, unsealed vials
* Donate reconstituted syrups
* No vaccines, opiates

MyAndroid is not a downloader online for SaveMed. It only allows to test online SaveMed with apkid com.savemed.savemed. MyAndroid provides the official Google Play Store to run SaveMed online.
