You can do it using our Android online emulator.
RtpSpk is a small app for receiving live audio streamed over WiFi or 3G network via Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP).
The stream can be generated by a PC or another mobile device.
To generate a stream use your favorite media streamer, for example VLC, or RtpMic android app.
To receive audio stream just select a local port and push "Play".
Features:
L16 mono, G.722, G.711a, G.711u, GSM6.10, DVI4 (IMA ADPCM) at 8000, 11025, 16000, 22050 Hz and G.726-32 (RTP PT=96) codecs are supported.

MyAndroid is not a downloader online for RtpSpk. It only allows to test online RtpSpk with apkid com.rtpspk. MyAndroid provides the official Google Play Store to run RtpSpk online.
