YeAuto drivers is a digital sign board of the service provider in the transportation
industry.
This App endeavors to get the potential customers to connect with the
users over the phone.
The users are the drivers of Ambulance, Taxi Cabs,
Autorikshaw(Tuk Tuk) and Small cargo carriers.
In order to inform the potential customer about the available options of the rides,
the users are required to select between two options to indicate their status.
The
status can be available for the ride or not available for the ride.
In event of the
User having selected "Not available" status , then no action will be taken.
However if he or she has selected "Available" as the status, then the potential
customer will be intimated about his availability.
The potential customer will be
shown the options for selection from nearest ten such users for the discussions
about the trip.
The search radius will be within 2-3 km for all rides, except
ambulance and within 10 Kms for Ambulance.
The potential customer will choose
one among the listed users for discussion of the trip using the phone call.
After selection the app allows both user and the driver to talk to each other for
the trip and decide the fare.
If the discussion on the trip is not concluded the
customer can select an alternate ride.
How to use YeAuto.
1.
Sign-up with mobile number and OTP
2.
Select the type of the user between the available options (Ambulance, Taxi
Cabs, Autorikshaw(Tuk Tuk) and Small cargo carriers).
3.
Initially register by providing the details of the vehicle and the user and upload
the details for approval.
4.
After approval , every time the user has to indicate his/her availability for
taking the rides, by either choosing "Available for ride" or by choosing ( pressing
the red button) "Not available for ride".
5.
The potential customers can choose to be in touch with users over phone with
the "Availability" status on the App.
6.
The driver also has the option of rejecting the trip in case of his non availability
due to any other customer or requirement.
7.
The number of calls received from the potential customer is indicated on the
profile page of the user.
The number of "update of the position" availed by the
user will be similarly indicated on profile page.
8.
The basis of the rate for the subscription of this App will be the number of the
calls received and the number of the updates done by the driver.
9.
The support for the users of the app will be provided by the local team to the
extent feasible.
