You can do it using our Android online emulator.
The app can operate with or without a location or Bluetooth permissions.
Since the tester will not be within the range of Touri enabled home, use the code YRU24X in order to select a property by its tour code.
Since the tester will not be within the range of actual Bluetooth beacons, DISABLE Bluetooth on your test device, and the app will operate as if the user did not allow blue tooth.
You can then hear all of the points of interest defined for the home.
