Registration and mapping of public and private health facilities app will be used by survey teams during their field work.
Authorized field worker using their credentials will visit all public and private health facilities and LHW health houses during their field work.
They will fill basic information of health facilities like name, address, location, service delivery availability, essential health care provider staff availability using this app.
