Stop just collecting friends and start making real ones, with Onny.
Social media is broken as #$%@! We were so sick of all the divisiveness, superficial relationships and theft of our personal data built into traditional platforms.
So we decided to hit the reset button on the way things are done and build a new way to social.
What did we do different?
We started with what matters to you, your interests.
By adding interests to your profiles (we call them Personas), Onny will fill your feed page with the people talking about and sharing the things youre into.
There are even filters so you can control what type of content you see.
If what youre into isnt already in our interest pool, you can suggest new interests for Onny to add.
Next, we knew people have lots of different parts of themselves, so we tripled down on Personas.
With Onny, you can create multiple Personas, three in fact.
Each Persona holds unique friendships and interests.
With multiple Personas you can create different versions of yourself that you share with different groups.
Use your imagination because the skys the limit here.
With one click you can change Personas and have completely new experience with new people in your community.
Oh yeah, you can even make any of your Personas Anonymous, so you can connect and share while keeping your personal identifying info private.
So even if youre a celebrity, an influencer or just a normie who wants some privacy, you get that with Onny.
Okay, so now we know some people might try to take advantage of Onnys Anonymous feature Screw those dirty hippies! Onny built in some really easy to use reporting tools.
So you can easily block users or report them to us for a hands on review.
Heres how we handle stuff on the surface: if you block a user, well block their entire account.
And if someone is getting reported for being a jerk, we can ban their Persona or entire account based on how bad they were acting.
By the way, we hold ourselves to the same No A-hole standard we expect from our community.
Onny will NEVER sell your personal information or data.
Doing that is just being crappy.
We plan on monetizing Onny through some more traditional ways of generating revenue.

Nuts and Bolts
Discover page - Lets say that you dont like to make the first move, well Onny makes it a little easier.
In the Discover page well suggest users youre likely to become friends with based on common interests.
Finally, you can find someone thats into Harry Potter Fan Fiction as much as you are #Gryffindor4Life! In addition, on the discover page, well show you more interests you might like, the more you add the more conversations youll get in your feed and the more users youre likely to connect with.
You can search for specific interests and users here too.
Calendar - You can find all the events happening through Onny based on the interests and hashtags you follow in the calendar.
You can make events yourself by creating a post with a date and a few hashtags related to the event, Boom youre set.
Now others will be able to find your event.
In a future version well be building in a join button so you can know who plans on joining you for the fun.
Friends Page Some of these platforms feel like theyre actually going out of their way to not let you see your friends, who youre following and whos following you.
We fixed that, with one click and youre there.
