Mentees can sign up, identify themes or topics on which they would like mentoring or coaching support, and use the app to find the best mentors within their organization or learning group.
When a mentee has picked one or more mentee possibilities, the app does the matching, and facilitates introductions and private text-based chat.
FOR FORMAL MENTORING: MentorMosaic provides a rich set of tools to support the formulation of an effective enduring mentorship between a mentee and mentor.
This includes supports for "getting to know each other", ability to create meeting agendas and take notes for actions after meetings, ability to collaborate on mentorship projects, and ability to evaluate the success of the mentorship that engages both mentor and mentee.
