To work properly, TWTools needs to disable system battery optimization for it, let it to run in background.
Samsung Users
With OneUI on Samsung, TWTools needs to be added to whitelist of not suspended apps to work correctly.
TWTools don't do it automatically.
Android 12 Users
On Android 12 TWTools doesn't need location permission to scan devices but you have to grant new Bluetooth permission.
