Below are the steps how patient can book the appointment.
Patient can see the "Search doctor" option where they can search the doctor by their
full name or select from the preferred doctors list.
Select the appointment slot from the list.
After selecting the date and time the appointment will be confirmed and patient will
see 2 options 1) "On site consultation" 2)"Video consultation"
The patients who wants to book the appointment from their home and want to consult
doctor at hospital have to select "On site consultation"
The patient who don't want to go to hospital and they want their doctor to consult them
on Video call have to select "Video consultation"
After selecting the consultation option as per the choice, the app will take you to the
payment page.
The charges for "Onsite consultation" and "Video consultation" will be mentioned on
the page.
Click on the "I agree" and click on "Pay" and it will take you to the final payment page
where you can select the payment method as per your convenience.
The doctor will call you on your booked time.
