The agenda "Smart Planner" was created by students who have seen many courses cancelled and replaced by online courses.
Despite the efforts of some professors and institutions to make the courses dynamic, there is a lack of organization.
Work is piling up as the days go by.
During the hackathon, "LauzHack", a smart agenda was created to help structure a working day.
By answering few questions at the first utilization, a tailor-made program will be generated by the application's algorithm.
The first questions concern the amount of work to be organized.
The agenda will take into account the person's possible fixed schedule, so that the other activities can be programmed accordingly.
The agenda will organize the work plan by regularly including a 15-minute break according to user's preferences.
In this way the daily routine is structured.
In addition, the user will be able to choose his or her day(s) of rest, in order to maintain an appropriate rhythm.
He will also be invited to set his mealtimes so as to follow a regular and therefore healthy lifestyle.
This healthy lifestyle will also be ensured, on the one hand, by respecting an 8-hour sleep schedule and, on the other hand, by adapted sports practice according to 3 levels.
The user will receive notifications at the beginning of each new activity.
He can also decide to start the activity directly, postpone it for 15 minutes or simply cancel it (which will automatically readjust his schedule).
