This app was designed to reduce check-in time for patrons and vendors for events.
Once a photo of the vendor or patron is uploaded to the system access becomes much simplified.
Passes are scanned on entry and the app pulls the photo from the database.
Only if the photo displayed in the app matches the person presenting the pass it is valid.
This way, the pass cannot be handed off to another person to cheat the system (except in the rare cases of identical siblings).
There is also no longer the need to check any list at the door and persons can freely leave and re-enter the event since without the need for a complicated re-entry system.
