Fallout is a term Phone refers to when you or your Contact in Circle haven't spoken to each other for more than ten days.
Some devices perform Chorus ringing aka double ringtones.
This can be addressed by enabling "Chorus Ringtone" in Settings.
On MI devices if you don't see a call screen check whether notification for the App is enabled.
If enabled reboot the device once.
Contacts deleted from Phone are not cascaded into Android Contact
Contact details edited outside of Phone are not synced into Phone and vice versa
