The "Smart Point" is an efficient electronic time system for the faithful registration of time of your company's employees.
In the mobile version, the collaborator performs the point record by reading a QrCode that is placed in the sector where it is crowded.
Ponto Smart uses georeferencing, so the point can only be registered in the sector where the employee is assigned, otherwise the registration is not carried out.
There is a point record search functionality, which are displayed on the screen or sent to the employee's email.
At each point registration, the receipt is sent to the employee's e-mail, containing the date and time of registration.
The employee can, via the application, justify his absence, attaching some proof, such as a medical certificate, for example.
The person responsible for HR has access to a Dashboard where all employees and sectors are registered, making all the necessary adjustments for the functioning of Ponto Smart.
