Most of these applicants are the youth from the age of 17 to 23, which grew up in a world surrounded by computers and mobile phones.
We believe that when we take advantage of the technology around the youth to engage them into learning the rules and regulations of our roads we will be having more reliable, obedient drivers which will make our roads safer.
