Run this app named Hyakume IP Camera Viewer using MyAndroid.
You can do it using our Android online emulator.
Use the Hyakume ("one hundred eyes") app to easily watch & record the live H.264 & MJPEG Video streams produced by a wide range of IP cameras (security, surveillance, doorbell, webcams, traffic, weather, re-purposed smartphones, etc.).
Create & store up to one hundred Camera objects in 10 separate Camera Lists (10 Cameras per List max).
To add a Camera to the active Camera List, assign it a unique display name & provide the IPv4 address, Video stream path, format & port number.
Use the ONVIF discovery option to locate new IP cameras on the local network.
Test the new connection (successful test produces a thumbnail image) & save it.
Cameras in the active Camera List are frequently polled & display a polling thumbnail image & timestamp if online.
Tap a Camera to open its live Video stream.
While viewing the stream, you can record video, capture snapshot images, & expand the view to full-screen.
Hyakume can be run as a dedicated Relay Server, providing free on-demand remote access to your local IP cameras (spare Android device required).

Relay Server setup
Install Hyakume on an available Android device & add the desired local IP Cameras to your DEFAULT Camera List
In Settings, enable Relay Server mode & specify a username/password & listening port number
Enable the Web Client module to allow remote access from desktop/mobile web browsers
Port-forward the Relay Server's IPv4 address & listening port on your router/gateway if necessary
Start the Relay Server to enable free remote access
NOTE: Remote connections are secured by strong TLS/SSL encryption & mandatory client authentication.
