Run this app named Upright Challenge using MyAndroid.
You can do it using our Android online emulator.
The app helps you with getting a habit to have a correct body posture.
It shows periodic notifications asking you if you are strighten up at the moment.
You can tap "Yes" or "No" button and later you can see what percentage of postures were correct.
Afer each day your result is placed in the chart, where you can follow your progress in next days.
You can also adjust notifications interval time and choose time within a day when they are turned on.
FOR XIAOMI DEVICES USERS:
After installation you have to set "no restrictions" in Battery saver option.
(Settings >> Apps >> Manage apps >> Upright Challenge >> Battery saver)
