The EASE Online project is an online psychological counseling platform specially developed for people with social anxiety.
The purpose is to help people with social anxiety alleviate social anxiety and improve their quality of life.
This program provides 9 sessions of online cognitive behavioral therapy services.
Through case demonstrations, animated videos, forums and exercises, participants can learn different cognitive behavioral skills and deal with social anxiety.
In addition to the online platform, participants will also have 5 face-to-face/telephone consultations with psychological counselors, including 2 virtual reality exposure treatments, in-depth discussions, practice how to use cognitive behavioral skills and exposure therapy to deal with social anxiety, and Evaluate the effectiveness of the plan through online questionnaires.
This project is sponsored by Hong Kong Baptist University and funded by the Research Impact Fund of the Education Grants Committee of the University of Hong Kong.
During the project implementation period (2021-2023), all services are free.

MyAndroid is not a downloader online for EASE Online. It only allows to test online EASE Online with apkid com.hkbu.ease. MyAndroid provides the official Google Play Store to run EASE Online online.
