* How to note BPM readings
- Place your index finger as gently as possible on the lens of the phone's back camera.
- Rotate the finger to completely cover the LED flash, but avoid touching it because it might get very hot when switched on.
- Press the START button, then wait 10 seconds before reading the final BPM value.
- This heart rate is within the ACC % range.
If the dispersion surpasses 10%, move your finger slightly and repeat the operation.
As seen in the image above, the waveform must be homogeneous and have a regular pattern.

- Children (ages 6 - 15, at rest) 70 - 100 beats per minute
- Adults (age 18 and over, at rest) 60 - 100 beats per minute
