The FreeStyle LibreLink App is approved for use with the FreeStyle, FreeStyle 2 Glucose Meters.
Now you can scan your blood glucose meter with your mobile phone to check your blood sugar, or receive alerts of low or high blood sugar level with the SmartSense 2 Glucose Meter.

You can use the FreeStyle LibreLink app to:
* View current blood glucose readings, trend arrows and blood glucose history records
* Receive alerts for low or high blood sugar levels with the ProSense 2 Meter [2]
* Add notes to track your diet, insulin use and exercise
* View reports such as time in range and daily trend graphs
* share your information with your doctor and family with your permission

Use your app and reader on the same meter
Alerts can only go off on the ProSense 2 reader or on the phone (not both).
To receive alerts on your phone, the meter must be activated using the app.
To receive alerts on the ProSense 2 reader, the meter must be activated with the reader.
After activating the blood glucose meter via the reader, you can also use your mobile phone to scan the blood glucose meter.
Remember that the app and reader do not share data with each other.
To get complete information on a device, use that device to scan your meter every 8 hours, or your reports will not include all data.
You can upload and view data from all devices at LibreView.com.
App Information
Used in conjunction with the FreeStyle LibreLink Blood Glucose Meter to measure blood glucose levels in people with diabetes.
